Hi, I’m Beth

Welcome, and thank you for taking the time to learn more about me and my practice.

Finding the right therapist is not always easy. I hope this page helps you learn a little more about me, my approach to therapy, and what it might be like to work together.

My Background

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Colorado. Before starting my therapy practice, I worked as an integrative medical social worker and behavioral health clinician in healthcare settings.

Through this work, I supported people navigating a wide range of challenges including health changes, major life transitions, and the complexities of the healthcare system. These experiences helped me understand how closely emotional wellbeing is connected to the practical realities of everyday life.

I aim to create a space where people feel comfortable being themselves and speaking openly. From there, we can explore what matters most, identify best hopes for therapy, and find meaningful ways to move forward. I believe therapy can hold both depth and lightness, and that humor can be an important part of feeling human, connected, and at ease.

Values

I want therapy to feel like a space where people from all backgrounds feel welcomed, respected, and able to show up as themselves. I am mindful of the ways identity, culture, and lived experience shape each person’s story and experience.

I am committed to providing care that is inclusive, affirming, and grounded in respect for people of all backgrounds and identities. I firmly stand against racism, sexism, ableism, ageism, and other forms of discrimination.
